- Returns will be accepted for thirty (30) days from date of invoice
- Returned products must still be in the original packaging
- Include the original packing slip
- Refunds are usually issued within 7 business days of us receiving the product back. During the holiday season, please allow up to two weeks for a credit to be issued
- Returned products that were received as a gift will be issued a store credit
Defective products will be replaced for one (1) year from date of invoice. This does not cover conditions resulting from consumer mishandling such as misuse, abuse, accident, or alteration.
